You also agree not to: Post Contributions that contain advertisements or solicitations for products or services, except for those related to our own products and services. Use the Site for unauthorized purposes, such as collecting usernames or email addresses for unsolicited communications, or engaging in unauthorized framing or linking without our express written consent. Post Contributions that include or attempt to install or promote spyware, malware, or other harmful computer code designed to gather information or monitor others’ online activities. Transmit chain letters, bulk or junk email, or create an undue burden on the Site, its networks, or services, including hacking or sending unsolicited commercial communications. Payment and Account Information: A PayPal account is required to transact on this site. Docsclip is not a financial institution, so no interest will accrue on any balance in your account. We are not responsible for any transactions made through PayPal.

Right to Terminate Users: If you are found guilty of fraudulent activities or fail to comply with any provisions of these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately deactivate your account and deny access without prior notice. Any funds in your account will be forfeited.
Right to Disallow Access to Material: If your account is deactivated or suspended, we reserve the right to deny access to any Contributions or purchased materials associated with your account. We are not obligated to retain copies of such materials unless required by a court order.
Risk of Harm: Be aware that interacting with strangers online carries risks, including potential physical harm and individuals acting under false pretenses. Exercise caution when sharing personal information on the Site. Avoid publicly posting sensitive details such as your full name, instant messenger information, phone numbers, or street addresses. No Responsibility for Posted Contributions: Docsclip.com is not responsible for any content posted by users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or impact of such content. We may remove any content at our discretion and without prior notice.

Copyright Policy: Docsclip.com will deactivate and suspend any user found guilty of copyright infringement. Complaints regarding copyright infringements can be submitted to support@docsclip.com.

Account Term and Suspension: If your contributions are removed for containing copyrighted material, you must not repost such material. All users and contributors are required to abide by these Terms throughout their use of the Site. If you choose to delete your account or if your account is suspended, any material posted by you will no longer be available, and the Site is not obligated to provide you with access to that material. Account suspension or deletion does not absolve you from any liabilities incurred while your account was active. If you do not access your account for three years, we will suspend the account and transfer any remaining funds to your PayPal or Moneybookers address. However, the Site reserves the right to withhold funds from:
(a) Fraudulent accounts
(b) Accounts suspended due to inactivity for three years
(c) Accounts in dispute where no resolution has been sought within six months of suspension
Fees: All fees associated with using the Site can be found at www.docsclip.com/fee, and transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars.
13.1 Contributor Agreements: [a] The Site may collect fees as detailed on www.docsclip.com/fee.
[B] Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported within twenty-one days of the transaction. Subject to any inquiry or proof provided, the Site’s decision will be final.
13.2 Debit Reversals, Chargebacks, and Claims:
a. Purchasers: In the event of a chargeback, Docsclip will: Suspend your account. Deduct chargeback costs and fees as outlined on www.docsclip.com/fees before paying out any remaining amount.
b. Sellers: If the Site is unable to recover chargeback costs from the purchaser, sellers agree that the Site may debit the corresponding fee from their account.
Off-Site Transactions: All transactions should be conducted on this Site. We are not responsible for any transactions between users that occur off-site. Disputes and Refunds: Transactions carried out on this Site are solely between the users involved. The Site is not responsible for resolving disputes or issuing refunds for transactions conducted.
